• Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

• During sales or busy periods, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Charges

Order Tracking

Delayed or Lost Shipments

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Glow Radiant is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the package and product so we can assist you.
